Hey! My name is Ben, if you didn’t already know. I am the guy on the right.

I am writing this post because I am very proud of how far I have came with my appearance. My confidence has improved dramatically, I am wearing more trendier clothes and I’m making an effort with my appearance.

As of now, I have lost 4 Stone 12lb’s (18 Stone 12lb’s -> 14 Stone 0lb). I used to be a waist size of 42”; I am now 34” waist, about to go down to 32”. This has taken me a year to achieve.

All I had to do was change my diet, cutting out all the unnecessary sugars and saturated fats, as well as adding in a bit of exercise.

I am loving and enjoying life to the fullest, but I still have a long way to go to achieve my goal weight. I am looking to lose at least another stone or two.

Lifting Straps take the pressure and strain off your forearms. If your forearms are failing before your back/biceps or whatever the main muscle group you’re working is failing, you’re doing injustice to that particular muscle group. By using straps you’re ensuring that main muscle group is failing, NOT the smaller muscle like forearms that is failing. Because if you’re quitting the set before the main muscle group has failed, you’re TAKING STUFF OUT OF THE SHOW, man. We don’t want that. Get some straps. They really help.
