Lifting Straps take the pressure and strain off your forearms. If your forearms are failing before your back/biceps or whatever the main muscle group you’re working is failing, you’re doing injustice to that particular muscle group. By using straps you’re ensuring that main muscle group is failing, NOT the smaller muscle like forearms that is failing.
Because if you’re quitting the set before the main muscle group has failed, you’re TAKING STUFF OUT OF THE SHOW, man. We don’t want that. Get some straps. They really help.

Haven’t posted an update in a while. Here is how I look at the moment. I kinda went off hill on my diet just before and during christmas, but I’m back on it now! I’m going to the gym 3-4 times a week and I’m eating heathily. I have gotten noticeable fitter and stronger.
I currently weigh 15 Stone 0.4lb’s (which is an overall loss of 3 Stone 11.6lb). I plan to lose another 2 Stone by the start of summer! :)
